Etihad Group (Etihad Town)

Etihad Group is the developer of Etihad Town, a series of phased private housing schemes on and around Raiwind Road in Lahore. Phase IV, on Chenab Road, was launched in July 2026. LDA approval is granted phase by phase, sometimes under a different scheme name; Phase II, for example, was technically approved as Arcos Housing Scheme.
