Burj Azizi is a supertall mixed-use tower by Azizi Developments on Sheikh Zayed Road, planned as one of the tallest buildings in the world. It offers luxury apartments and penthouses alongside hotel, retail and observation-deck components.

Approximate sizes range as follows: about 788 sq ft for one-bedroom apartments, 991 to 1,310 sq ft for two-bedroom apartments and about 2,033 sq ft for four-bedroom apartments. Starting prices are around AED 9.33 million for one-bedroom apartments. Ask the sales team for the latest price list and available units.

Sales launched in August 2024. The developer expects to hand over homes in Q3 2030.

Burj Azizi comes with a payment plan of 80% during construction and 20% on handover.
