The complete official Meraas Elara floor-plan document is attached under Documents. It contains 33 pages covering multiple buildings, apartment types and floor levels.
The images attached to the one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom categories are representative examples from the developer project page. Their displayed total areas are 962.83, 1,788.42, 2,347.82 and 4,533.11 sq ft respectively. These are individual illustrated layouts, not minimum or maximum sizes for the bedroom categories or evidence of current availability. The four-bedroom collection includes penthouse layouts. Confirm the selected building, type, floor, total area and terrace or balcony allocation against the complete developer plans and sale agreement.
