Golf Meadow at Emaar South

Golf Meadow is an off-plan development by Emaar Properties in Emaar South, Dubai South, with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom townhouses beside the community’s championship golf course. Contemporary architecture, floor-to-ceiling glazing, earthy finishes, wood and stone accents frame views of the surrounding greens.

The published launch factsheet itemises 81 one-bedroom, 113 two-bedroom and 25 three-bedroom apartments plus five three-bedroom townhouses, totalling 224 homes. These figures describe the published project mix, not current unsold stock. The full official floor plans give approximate total areas of 705.79–904.17 sq ft for one-bedroom apartments, 1,067.56–1,383.70 sq ft for two-bedroom apartments, 1,569.59–1,854.41 sq ft for three-bedroom apartments and 2,662.67–2,869.98 sq ft for three-bedroom townhouses. Areas include the balcony or terrace shown on each drawing; they are not plot areas. Individual variants differ from the rounded launch factsheet ranges.

Developer inventory checked on 28 October 2026 shows six available residences, starting from AED 3,138,888, with remaining advertised sizes of approximately 1,854–2,870 sq ft. Current examples include three-bedroom apartments and townhouses. The AED 5,187,888 upper guide reflects an advertised available three-bedroom townhouse, rather than a guaranteed maximum for every release. Original launch entry prices and smaller historical layouts do not describe today’s available selection. Confirm unit availability and the current quotation before booking.

Launch is approximately March 2025, and estimated handover is July 2029, within Q3 2029. The native fields use 31 March 2025 and 31 July 2029 to represent these published months; exact days are not confirmed. Completion remains subject to construction progress and the sale agreement.

The original published payment plan is 10% on booking, 70% during construction and 20% at completion. Original instalment months run from March 2025 to July 2029, with later payments linked to 10%, 30%, 50% and 70% construction progress and the final payment at 100% completion. The attached original schedule includes elapsed dates; confirm the schedule offered to a new buyer.

Planned amenities include adult and children’s pools, a splash pad, play areas, padel courts, an event lawn, barbecue areas, ping pong, indoor and outdoor yoga spaces and gyms, and a multipurpose room.
