Golf Verge at Emaar South

Golf Verge is an off-plan collection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments by Emaar Properties in Emaar South, Dubai South, overlooking the community’s 18-hole championship golf course. Buildings A, B and C combine contemporary architecture with earthy interiors, natural materials, wood finishes and stone accents.

The published project factsheet lists 204 residences: 66 one-bedroom, 120 two-bedroom and 18 three-bedroom apartments. Rounded built-up areas are 797–1,010 sq ft for one bedroom, 1,308–1,743 sq ft for two bedrooms and 1,683–1,778 sq ft for three bedrooms. These are project-wide published ranges rather than the sizes of currently available units; individual layouts and balcony areas vary. Separate full floor-plan packs for all three buildings are attached, with representative previews in the unit types.

Current developer inventory checked on 28 October 2026 lists ten available residences, starting from AED 2,635,888, with advertised available areas of approximately 1,308–1,778 sq ft. The AED 3,489,888 upper price is an indicative current market asking-price guide, not a confirmed developer maximum. Prices, availability and unit-specific terms require confirmation before booking. Original launch prices differ from today’s available stock.

Launch is approximately March 2025 and estimated handover is May 2029, within Q2 2029. The native date fields use 31 March 2025 and 31 May 2029 solely to represent these published months; neither is a confirmed exact day. Completion remains subject to construction progress and the sale agreement.

The original published payment schedule is 10% on booking, 70% during construction and 20% on completion. Its dated instalments run from March 2025 to May 2029, with later construction payments linked to 20%, 40%, 60% and 80% completion. The attached original schedule contains elapsed dates; the payment terms available to a new buyer must be confirmed.

Planned facilities include adult and children’s pools, a splash pad, children’s play areas, indoor and outdoor gyms and yoga spaces, padel courts, an events lawn, barbecue areas and landscaped outdoor spaces.
