Masaar 3 is the third phase of Masaar by Arada. Masaar is Arada's forest-themed villa and townhouse community in Tilal City (Al Ruwaidat), Sharjah, planned around a green spine with tens of thousands of trees, cycling and walking trails and community facilities.
