Sea Cliff by Imtiaz

Sea Cliff by Imtiaz is a waterfront residential development on Dubai Islands, offering one- to four-bedroom residences and duplexes. The design combines residential interiors, landscaped outdoor spaces and leisure facilities.

The developer’s project page, checked on 26 October 2026, reports construction underway with 7% overall progress and 66% substructure progress. Its estimated completion target is Q1 2028. This target is not confirmation of actual completion.

Published facilities include swimming and children’s pools, a wet deck, Jacuzzi, sun lounges, gym facilities, yoga areas, jogging routes, children’s play space, games areas, reading and seating spaces, barbecue and outdoor dining, an outdoor cinema, landscaped gardens and a clubhouse. The developer also identifies duplex residences with private pools.
