Etihad Town Phase IV

Etihad Town Phase IV is a plotted housing phase by Etihad Group in collaboration with Shahana Living, launched in July 2026. The developer describes it as connected to Chenab Road and Jhelum Road and linked with Etihad Town Phases II and III.

Approval (LDA register, checked 26 Oct 2026): "Etihad Town Phase IV Housing Scheme" in Mouza Asal Suleman, Tehsil Nishtar, District Lahore is listed as Technically Approved over 261.15 kanal (Blocks A and B), with 499 residential and 44 commercial plots. Technical approval is not final approval, although the developer's launch material describes "100% LDA approval". The LDA publishes the approved layout plan with the record.

Advertised prices (developer 3-year plan, uploaded August 2026): 5 marla PKR 6,200,000; 10 marla PKR 11,000,000; 20 marla PKR 20,500,000; 40 marla PKR 39,000,000. These cover land cost only: development charges are extra, and premiums of 10–15% apply to corner and park-facing plots. The developer does not state the marla size used.

Payment structure: 20% down payment, 10% at ballot, four balloon payments of 5%, 30 monthly instalments of 1%, and 20% on possession.
