Kuzey Adalar

Kuzey Adalar is a mixed-use project by ŞUA in Kartal, on the Asian side of Istanbul. The development is a joint effort with EPP GYO.

The scheme comprises 12 blocks, 2281 homes and 131 commercial units, rising up to 17 floors, on a plot of about 90,000 m². Listed views include sea and city and princes' islands.

Homes on offer range across studios and one to three-bedroom apartments. Prices start from around USD 294,000. Turkish lira prices move with the exchange rate, so confirm the current figure with the sales team.

Construction is about 45% complete, with handover scheduled for December 2027.

The published payment plan asks for a 50% down payment, with the balance spread over 24 monthly instalments. The title deed type is listed as contract. VAT of about 1% applies on top of the price.

Facilities include smart home, security, sauna, security cameras, green area, indoor pool, car parking, gym and turkish bath.
