Located in Beykoz, on the Asian side of Istanbul, Lokasyon Beykoz is a mixed-use project by Parlaklar Group.

The scheme comprises 5 blocks, 165 homes and 12 commercial units, rising up to 5 floors, on a plot of about 35,000 m². Listed views include city.

Homes on offer range across one to four-bedroom apartments, with sizes from about 549 to 2,325 sq ft. Entry prices are about USD 365,000. Turkish lira prices move with the exchange rate, so confirm the current figure with the sales team.

Construction is about 15% complete, with handover scheduled for June 2027.

The published payment plan asks for a 40% down payment, with the balance spread over 45 monthly instalments. A title deed has not been issued yet. VAT of about 10% applies on top of the price.

Residents get walking trails, security, sauna, security cameras, outdoor pool, car parking, gym and turkish bath.
