Located in Büyükçekmece, on the European side of Istanbul, Lumia Towers is a mixed-use project by SEN.

It is made up of 2 blocks, 190 homes and 34 commercial units, rising up to 13 floors, on a plot of about 14,000 m². Listed views include sea and city and lake.

Homes on offer range across one to four-bedroom apartments, with sizes from about 947 to 5,102 sq ft. Ask the sales team for current prices.

The project is at an early, off-plan stage, with handover scheduled for August 2029. Sales are currently on hold; check availability with the developer before planning a purchase.

The published payment plan asks for a 45% down payment, with the balance spread over 24 monthly instalments. A title deed has not been issued yet. VAT of about 10% applies on top of the price.

On-site amenities include security, sauna, security cameras, playground, outdoor pool, car parking, gym, turkish bath and reception.
