Maslak Koru is a mixed-use project by Invest Group in Sariyer, on the European side of Istanbul. The development is a joint effort with KİPTAŞ.

Plans cover 12 blocks, 754 homes and 44 commercial units, rising up to 15 floors, on a plot of about 62,000 m². Listed views include forest and city.

The unit mix covers one to five-bedroom apartments, with sizes from about 700 to 3,369 sq ft. Starting prices are roughly USD 560,000. Turkish lira prices move with the exchange rate, so confirm the current figure with the sales team.

Construction is about 90% complete, with handover scheduled for December 2026.

The published payment plan asks for a 35% down payment, with the balance spread over 16 monthly instalments. The title deed type is listed as easement. The listing marks the project as eligible for Turkish citizenship by investment; buyers should confirm eligibility for their specific unit before committing. VAT of about 1% applies on top of the price.
