Mesa Yenikent

Mesa Yenikent is a mixed-use project by Mesa in Başakşehir, on the European side of Istanbul.

Plans cover 60 blocks, 5000 homes and 40 commercial units, rising up to 5 floors, on a plot of about 2,000,000 m². Listed views include city and lake and valley and green spaces and istanbul canal.

Starting prices are roughly USD 615,000. Turkish lira prices move with the exchange rate, so confirm the current figure with the sales team.

Construction is about 10% complete, with handover scheduled for September 2028.

The published payment plan asks for a 50% down payment, with the balance spread over 12 monthly instalments. A title deed has not been issued yet. VAT of about 1% applies on top of the price.

Facilities include walking trails, football, security, sauna, security cameras, playground, green area, indoor pool and car parking.
