Sai Towers is a mixed-use project by Kare in Bağcılar, on the European side of Istanbul. The development is a joint effort with Mimarlık.

The scheme comprises 2 blocks, 260 homes and 30 commercial units, rising up to 14 floors, on a plot of about 5,325 m². Listed views include city.

Buyers can choose from one to two-bedroom apartments, with sizes from about 840 to 1,152 sq ft. Prices start from around USD 210,000. Turkish lira prices move with the exchange rate, so confirm the current figure with the sales team.

Construction is about 20% complete, with handover scheduled for December 2027.

The published payment plan asks for a 50% down payment, with the balance spread over 24 monthly instalments. The title deed type is listed as easement. The listing marks the project as eligible for Turkish citizenship by investment; buyers should confirm eligibility for their specific unit before committing. VAT of about 1% applies on top of the price.
