Yaşam Vadi Konakları

Yaşam Vadi Konakları is a residential project by Öz Özgür in Beylikdüzü, on the European side of Istanbul.

The scheme comprises 2 blocks and 60 homes, rising up to 4 floors, on a plot of about 3,000 m². Listed views include sea and city.

Homes on offer range across two to five-bedroom apartments, with sizes from about 1,399 to 2,852 sq ft. Starting prices are roughly USD 135,000. Turkish lira prices move with the exchange rate, so confirm the current figure with the sales team.

The project is completed and ready to move in. The developer lists the project as sold out, so only resale units may be available.

The title deed type is listed as ownership. The listing marks the project as eligible for Turkish citizenship by investment; buyers should confirm eligibility for their specific unit before committing. VAT of about 1% applies on top of the price.

On-site amenities include security, playground and car parking.
